Coverage
What is covered
Workmanship
Posts, framing, hardware and installation performed by our crews are covered by our exclusive installed-product warranty.
Materials
Cedar, ornamental iron, aluminum, vinyl and composite products carry the manufacturer coverage that ships with the grade you select.
Gate operators
Electric gate openers, safety loops and access controls are covered under the operator manufacturer's terms plus our installation warranty.
Structures
Patio covers, arbors and decks are engineered and built to local code with the same workmanship standard.
What is not covered
- Storm, flood, fire or vehicle impact damage
- Ground movement, settling soil or root intrusion
- Natural weathering, checking or color change in wood left unsealed
- Alterations, repairs or attachments made by others
- Neglect, missed maintenance or improper cleaning products
Making a claim
- 1. Call (972) 200-9841 or email FenceMax@fencemaxtexas.com with your address and a photo.
- 2. We schedule an inspection, usually within a few business days.
- 3. Covered repairs are scheduled and completed by our own crews.
