Estimates and quotes
Estimates are based on an on-site measurement and the materials selected at the time of the consultation. Material pricing can change; a written quote states its validity period. Work begins once a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Site conditions
Buried utilities, drainage, rock, slope and existing structures can affect scope. Any change to scope discovered during construction is documented and approved before the work proceeds.
Warranty
Installed fence products carry our workmanship warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranty on materials. Warranty coverage excludes damage from storms, vehicle impact, ground movement, neglect or alterations by others.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work performed. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
