I recently had a patio cover and patio extension done by Fence Max Texas. I must say that I am most pleased with how the cover came out — it was much nicer than I had even anticipated. My patio area is U-shaped and Juan spent a lot of time in the beginning really thinking about the best designed structure to build and making sure that I got a cover that I would be happy with. Even though there were some problems during construction, which is just a fact of running a business, you went above and beyond what I expected to remedy the situation and make sure that I was still a happy customer. I've had many compliments on my patio and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

I recently had a custom board-on-board fence installed by two of your employees, Moises and Miguel. It is not often that I take time out of my busy day to write a thank you letter to companies that do work for me. However, Moises and Miguel made an excellent impression upon me. We recently had a fence and wrought iron gate installed and are very pleased with the results. It is all that we hoped for. The installers were terrific. They worked on a very hot day from 7:30 in the morning until 7:00 without stopping. It looked so nice when they were done! They were very hard working and competent. Your company is fortunate to have such good employees and we would not hesitate to make referrals to your business to anyone who wants their fence constructed right.

We had checked with several companies to receive estimates and chose your company based on the kind and professional service. Abe did a wonderful job of laying out the plans for our fence according to our specifications — there was not a detail missed — and wouldn't accept the check until he was sure everything was taken into account. He was so thorough, we could see he cared. The crews that completed the fence were just as professional. When finished, we didn't even know they were there; they cleaned it all up and our yard looked the same, except of course for the brand-new fence!

All I can say is, I love my new fence! It is a 6' cedar board-on-board fence with a 4' wide gate at a right angle at the front of the house. It has a nice trim piece on top. Plus, it is stained. Thanks Shimon for the work well done!

Despite the bad weather, Fred, John and Ronnie were so pleasant and professional. They worked the entire two days in unpleasant conditions and were responsive to our questions and concerns. The fence was not in good condition and my realtor told me to fix or upgrade it to attract more buyers. I got the quote and they did it within a reasonable time. It was frustrating at first trying to select the right fence company. I was referred by my brother-in-law to contact Fence Max. The fence had to be fixed fast since I promised my son that I'd get him a dog as a birthday gift. My main concern was privacy, so I replaced my rusty iron fence with wood. The work was done a few days before my son's birthday. Since the wood fence is taller, I feel more comfortable letting my son and the dog run around the backyard.

What a difference! Before we had the patio cover and deck, we could feel the sun hitting our skin when enjoying a BBQ party. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after they were done. We enjoy our outdoor activities more than before.
